Dear Valued and Loyal Customers

It’s with very mixed emotions and sadness that I’ve taken the decision to retire.  I’ll be 65 soon and now is the time to spend quality time with my family and take some well overdue holidays.

 I’ve enjoyed my time meeting and serving so many fabulous people, many of whom have become dear friends and I appreciate all the support you’ve given to me and my staff. 

 I’ll cherish all the memories and would like to thank Linda, the co-founder of the shop, who herself has been enjoying retirement for the past few years. 

A big, big thank you to my manager Claire and also, Lynne who has helped us over the past few years.

The shop has been an overwhelming success and it’s satisfying to say we are departing the high street with heads held high.

In keeping with our history we will close the store in a professional and orderly manner, all our suppliers and creditors are fully paid and we are leaving with a totally clean slate, which is extremley satisfing in the current climate with so many other retailers suffering the heartbreak of liquidation.
