Shipping & Returns Policy

We offer a reduced Covid secure Click & Collect service at our store, 9 Cross Street, Abergavenny NP7 5EH on Wednesdays & Saturdays between 12-2pm, we will advise you by text or email of your collection time.

We also offer Free local delivery (within a 3 mile radius of Abergavenny), if you qualify for free delivery this option will be shown at checkout.

                                         UK Standard Delivery (3-5 days)

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-4 days and will notify once your order has been dispatched.
  • For delivery we charge £3.95. 
  • Please allow 3-5 working days as goods are dispatched via 2nd class Royal Mail.
  • Due to the size and weight we charge a little extra for Jayley coats £5.95 per coat via Royal Mail tracked and signed for.


If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like a refund please return your items within 14 days of receipt following the guidelines shown below.

In line with all other retailers, for hygiene reasons we do not accept exchanges or refunds of earrings unless they are defective or faulty.

Items must be returned in the original condition with original packaging plus tags intact to:

             Returned products must meet the following criteria for a refund:

  1. The item must be in a saleable condition.  Please be careful when trying on, that you aren't wearing any make up, perfume or deodorant which may mark the garment or leave a scent.  Garments will be inspected upon return and, if conditions are not met, a refund may not be given and the garment may be returned to sender, or a credit note issued at our discretion.
  2. Please carefully package everything as it arrived to you, with all tags still in place.
  3. Please note you must cover the cost of return shipment. The goods are your responsibility until they arrive at our premises so, we recommend that you use a secure, trackable postal or courier service and ensure that the correct postage is paid and that the items are are sufficiently packaged to protect them during transit.
  4. We will refund the cost of the item plus the standard delivery charge only.
  5. If items are returned damaged or not in a saleable condition we reserve the right to deduct an amount to cover returning the item to it's original condition or if that is not feasible then returning the item to you.
As a consumer you are protected by the consumer protection (distance selling) regulations.
